Forum spam cleanup and VIP Mod

I finally got rid of the spam in the forum. I had a lot of help from the new moderator Crazy D, who single handedly deleted all of the spam in the forum. Since then this moderator has been very active keeping all the nonsense out.

A couple of days ago I installed a great phpBB modification called VIP Mod. Ever since this mod has been active no new spammers have registered. It really works!
