Forum “Remember Me” and guestbook fixed

Users which have “Remember Me” checked on the forum finally get what they want. I changed some settings in the cookie handling, and now it actually works.

The guestbook is also finally free from spam, simply by adding the VIP code solution to the entry form. This should keep things much cleaner from now on.
